More importantly, we have delivered timely and experienced project management, and an approach that lowers both cost and timeframe of most projects while increasing value and property equity.

Technology In The Right Hands

Our new drone-based roofing inspection system, powered by XAP360 is quite simply the most exciting of the services we have been privileged to offer to property owners and managers. With this new technology, we are able to scan, review and report on even the smallest amount of damage on your roof as a result of storm or environmental damage in almost real time.

Our proprietary system was only available until recently to a few giant insurance companies and was primarily used for risk management – in this case collecting data on specific storms and weather occurrences that cause different types of roofs to become compromised. Well, SkyView is now one of less than 50 companies in the U.S, using this technology on behalf of commercial, institutional and private property owners so they we can identify roof issues immediately and before they become problematic. By mapping and photographing your roof with unheard of specificity, we can then see even the smallest amount of weather damage on your roof. With this information in report form we then in most cases can help you seek coverage by your insurance company for repair or replacement.
