Points of interest, maintenance concerns, and weather damage are then marked up automatically and charted for review, followed by verification with our inspection review team. The results are then used to create exact reporting and estimates on your project utilizing the same systems used by most major insurers. Most importantly, our inspections of your property are then logged permanently and can be reproduced exactly so that subsequent scans can overlaid on top of each other to see exact changes and damage on the roof surface.

Now that all the data is collected, we give you a clear look at your roofing needs with unbiased third-Party photos, and detailed anomaly and hail detection. Our reporting is one of the hallmarks of our platform and can be exactly reproduced for subsequent reports and comparisons.
